MIOAZ Live
Terms & Conditions for attending our events
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to events promoted by Loaded Brands Ltd t/a MIOAZ Live ("we", "us", "our" or "the Promoter").
By purchasing, accepting or using a ticket to one of our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any event-specific conditions shown on the relevant ticketing page.
Tickets and Admission
A valid ticket is required for admission.
Tickets may be purchased through our authorised ticketing partners or other sales channels specifically approved by us.
Your ticket may be checked or scanned on arrival and may only be used once. Duplicate, copied, altered, fraudulent or previously scanned tickets may be refused.
Admission remains subject to the rules and licensing conditions of the venue.
Possession of a ticket does not guarantee admission where the holder breaches these Terms & Conditions, venue rules or applicable law.
Age Restrictions and ID
Unless otherwise stated on the event listing, our club events are 18+.
Valid photographic identification may be required. The venue may operate a Challenge 25 policy.
Accepted forms of identification will normally be determined by the venue and may include a valid passport, driving licence or PASS-accredited proof-of-age card.
If you are unable to provide acceptable ID when requested, you may be refused entry without a refund.
Entry and Last Entry
Event opening times and any last-entry requirements will be stated on the event listing where applicable.
Certain ticket types may require entry before a specified time. For example, a ticket advertised as "Entry Before 4pm" requires the ticket holder to enter before the stated deadline.
If you arrive after the applicable entry deadline, admission may be refused or you may be required to pay an upgrade or price difference, subject to availability and the venue's discretion.
Please allow sufficient time for queues, security checks and ticket scanning.
Searches and Security
For the safety of everyone attending, you may be required to consent to a security search as a condition of entry.
This may include searches of bags and personal belongings.
Refusal to cooperate with reasonable venue security procedures may result in refusal of admission without refund.
Any prohibited or illegal items may be confiscated and, where appropriate, reported to the police.
Drugs and Illegal Substances
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards the possession, supply or use of illegal drugs at our events.
Anyone suspected of possessing, supplying or using illegal substances may be refused admission or removed from the event.
Where appropriate, venue security may refer matters to the police.
Behaviour and Respect
Our events are intended to be safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces.
We will not tolerate threatening, violent, abusive, discriminatory, intimidating or sexually inappropriate behaviour, harassment or behaviour that puts other guests, artists, staff or venue personnel at risk.
Anyone behaving in this way may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.
Please look after yourself and each other and follow reasonable instructions from venue staff, security and the Promoter.
Intoxication
The venue and Promoter reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone who appears excessively intoxicated or whose behaviour creates a safety concern.
Being refused entry or removed for intoxication or inappropriate behaviour will not normally entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Re-entry
Re-entry policies vary by venue.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, leaving the venue may mean that re-entry is not permitted.
Please check with venue staff before leaving.
Line-up and Set-Time Changes
Artist line-ups, running orders, set times and room allocations may occasionally need to change due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably necessary, we reserve the right to alter the running order, set times, room allocations or individual artists without this automatically resulting in a refund.
Where a change fundamentally alters the event that was advertised, any entitlement to a refund will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law.
We will communicate significant changes through our official channels wherever reasonably possible.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If we cancel an event and it does not take place, ticket holders will be entitled to the refund or other remedy required by applicable law and the terms of the authorised ticketing platform.
If an event is rescheduled or moved to a materially different venue, we will communicate the available options to ticket holders.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, we are not responsible for additional costs incurred in attending an event, such as travel, accommodation, food or other personal expenses.
Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable where you simply change your mind or can no longer attend.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any refunds will normally be processed through the ticketing platform or original method of purchase.
Booking, transaction or administration fees are governed by the relevant ticketing provider's terms and applicable law.
Ticket Transfers and Resale
If you can no longer attend, ticket transfers or authorised resale may be available through the original ticketing platform.
Tickets must not be resold for commercial gain or through unauthorised resale channels in breach of the applicable ticketing terms.
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through our official ticketing partners or authorised resale facilities.
We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties.
Photography, Video and Recording
Photography and video recording may take place at our events for promotional, editorial and archival purposes.
This may include crowd photography and footage in which attendees are incidentally identifiable.
Images and footage may be used on our websites, social media channels, advertising and other promotional materials.
Where practical, anyone who does not wish to be deliberately photographed or filmed should speak to a member of the event team or photographer.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable data protection law.
Personal Photography and Recording
Reasonable personal photography and short-form video recording are generally permitted unless otherwise stated by the venue.
Professional photography, commercial filming, livestreaming or recording equipment may require prior permission.
Please respect the privacy and enjoyment of other guests.
Sound Levels, Lighting and Effects
Our events feature amplified music and may include loud sound levels, flashing lights, lasers, strobes, haze and other production effects.
Attendees who may be sensitive to these effects should take appropriate precautions and contact us before attending if further information is required.
Hearing protection is recommended when attending amplified music events.
Accessibility
We want our events to be as accessible as reasonably possible.
Accessibility arrangements may vary between venues. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us or the venue in advance so that available arrangements can be confirmed.
Where a venue operates a personal-assistant or companion ticket scheme, this will be subject to the venue or ticketing provider's applicable process.
Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings while attending the event.
Please use cloakrooms or other secure facilities where available.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Event Changes and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Events may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, venue issues, licensing restrictions, public authority requirements, artist illness, emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.
Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and communicate significant changes.
Your rights in the event of cancellation, postponement or a significant change are not affected by this clause.
Venue Rules
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, attendees must comply with the rules, licensing requirements and reasonable instructions of the venue.
Where venue rules impose additional restrictions — including rules concerning bags, prohibited items, smoking, vaping, re-entry or identification — those rules will also apply.
Health, Safety and Emergencies
Please follow all reasonable health and safety instructions issued by venue staff, security or the Promoter.
If you or someone around you becomes unwell or needs assistance, please speak to venue staff or security immediately.
Right to Refuse Admission
We and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove an attendee where there are reasonable grounds relating to safety, security, intoxication, unacceptable behaviour, invalid tickets, breach of venue rules or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Where refusal or removal results from the attendee's behaviour or breach of these terms, a refund will not normally be provided.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applicable to your ticket will be those in effect when you purchased your ticket, together with any lawful event-specific conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights regarding where proceedings may be brought.
